Learning to read Hebrew

We are trying to learn how to read

in Hebrew. Our mom made

us some flash cards to play games

with. One of our favorite games

is called BAM. All the cards

are placed in the bucket and

each player gets to draw out one card and

say it's name, sound and ancient name

and sound. If it is correct the player

keeps the card if not it goes back

in the bucket. Each player does this,

now the fun part is when someone pulls

out a BAM card, that mean they have

to put all the cards they have collect back in the bucket...

oh it's so much fun!!

There are three different decks of cards momma made:
Modern Hebrew letters
Ancient Hebrew pictographs
and a deck that has both.

We use Hebrew Made Easy book and
we also learn from
Ancient Hebrew and
Hebrew 4 Christians
