My family loves these! You can make these with regular potatoes too.

First, preheat the oven to 450F

Than wash and slice about 2lbs potatoes, make sure they are thin.
Coat lightly w/oil and sprinkle with seasoning of choice. (We have used sea salt, Chinese 5 spice, and....I can not remember the other one =)

Bake for 10-12 min until crisp.
Enjoy!
Oh my, I had no idea this was a"mommy set free" blog (I just noticed)...this was one of the first blogs I started to follow because I was so impressed by all the things the girls were doing. Lovely blog and great work!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the recipe...my husband likes sweet potato french fries so I think he may also like these.
Thanks for sharing ladies:)

Tracy,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind words. Yahkheena started this blog (she is a dear friend) and our girls are also friends. It was her generosity and openess opened this door for the rest of us - right from the start. :-)
This blog is now a collection of several amazing women's daughters input (Torah Keeping Maidens) which is one of the things which makes it special. I am also blessed to call them all friends now - I dare not assume but small portion of "credit" in it. ;-) It is everyone's contribution which makes it wonderful. We pray that people see The Father in it all.
If you would like to join us, contact me or Yahkheena.
Shalom, p
