We gifted her with knitted baby booties, bibs, a cotton dress, knitted sweater, knitted hat, crochet wash cloths, and crochet baby blanket.
Our Friends live about an hour and fifteen minutes away... when we arrived there was much joy and excitement.
Little Elisheva was so tiny and sweet, just like her momma and aunties! It was a fun filled day with games, fellowship, collecting eggs.... yes, we collected chicken eggs for the first time in our lives, goat feeding and just learning the ways of homesteading.
As we said our good byes it was hard to leave, but we were filled with the hopes of returning soon.
Oh I love babies....what a blessing and a promise they are from YAH!
ReplyDeleteWe were so sad we had to miss that gathering!!! It broke our hearts to cancel. It was the right thing to do though...because we are STILL fighting this virus, as it gotten much worse and cycles through us all in waves of serious symptoms. It was hard to stay away....but we did not want to get others sick(especially sweet little Elisheva). It was nice to see your post about it though.
